On April 16,the Shenzhou 13 mission team,which had been on a business trip in space for half a year,successfully completed the set task and returned to the ground safely.For the first time,the Shenzhou 13 re-entry module adopted the rapid return scheme,which reduced the return time from about one day to just a few hours.The instrument lighting subsystem software products and measurement and control subsystem software products developed by 510 in the re-entry module played a major role in the rapid return period,providing an all-round guarantee for astronauts and effective support for the successful return.
The integrated display unit of the instrument lighting subsystem,the human-computer interaction equipment and the supporting software of the sound generating unit receive and display the important event information of the spacecraft through the internal bus,notify the astronauts of the display information and voice prompts such as sequential flight events,emergencies,inbound and outbound events,and carry out multiple voice prompts or highlights for the particularly important warning information,so as to ensure that the astronauts can quickly grasp the information inside and outside the return capsule during the return period.The software products supporting the manual left panel unit,manual right panel unit,coding instruction version,manual right bulkhead and other equipment of the instrument lighting subsystem provide the astronauts with the necessary operation and control of the relevant display interface of the spacecraft.After the landing of the return module,the international rescue position indicator and supporting software of the measurement and control subsystem will transmit a 406mhz radio beacon signal that meets the international standard.After receiving the signal,the search and rescue aircraft will determine the source location at the first time,which provides important technical support for accurate and rapid search after the landing of the return module.
During the period of Shenzhou 13 in orbit,it completed the tasks of carrying out manipulator assisted cabin transposition,manual remote operation,and out of cabin activities,in which 510 Institute also played an important role.In the two missions of Shenzhou 13 on November 7,2021 and December 26,2021,510 test personnel accurately operated on orbit products to help astronauts complete the links of safe exit,manipulator control and safe return,ensuring the smooth completion of the mission.On January 6,2022,after about 47 minutes of cross system close coordination,the space station Tianhe robotic arm transposition cargo spacecraft test was a complete success.This is the first time that China has used the manipulator of the space station to operate a large on orbit vehicle for the transposition test,which has accumulated experience for the subsequent on orbit assembly and construction of the space station,and has also completed the verification of the key technology of cabin transposition.
510 the manipulator console developed by the Institute is the data management center of the space manipulator,and the transposition process of cargo ships and other compartments is independently driven by the manipulator console.How to correctly identify the status data and automatically judge and send instructions in time and accurately has become the key to the success of the transposition test,which makes the equipment highly concerned during the transposition test.In order to ensure the infallibility of Shenzhou 13's cabin transposition task,the manipulator console was revised based on the ground data,which reduced the error between the actual path and the theoretical path,and completed the on orbit upgrade of the equipment software.At the same time,the test personnel verified the feasibility and safety of the task in the whole process,ensuring the infallibility of the task.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the implementation of the manned space project.In the past 30 years,whether it is the first manned flight or the first extravehicular mission;Whether it is the first space rendezvous and docking or the first application of space manipulator,it embodies the wisdom and sweat of 510 people.Over the past 30 years,510 manned spaceflight products have accumulated more than 1000 in orbit,and all of them have successfully completed all previous manned missions.Among them,equipment such as the out of cabin support platform,rendezvous and docking lights,and the rapid leak detector of the cabin door are the key equipment to achieve major milestone nodes.
Lanzhou Institute of chemical physics has successfully applied a number of materials and technologies to China's space station project
On April 17,the reporter learned from Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences that a number of materials and technologies of the Institute have been successfully applied to the chang-5b rocket and the"Tianhe"core module of the space station,effectively ensuring the successful on orbit operation of China's space station for more than 350 days,ensuring the reliable on orbit operation of spacecraft mechanism components and the environmental control and life safety of astronauts during on orbit.
On April 29,2021,the core module of China's space station"Tianhe"was launched by the Long March 5 B yao-2 carrier rocket at the Wenchang space launch site in Hainan.On June 17,three Chinese astronauts successfully entered the Chinese space station aboard the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft.On September 17,after completing the long-term stay and test mission in orbit,the three astronauts successfully returned with the Shenzhou 12 manned spacecraft,and the first manned mission of the Chinese space station was a complete success.On October 16,three astronauts carried Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft into space successfully.On April 16,2022,three astronauts successfully returned from the return capsule of Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft.
The catalyst developed by Lanzhou Institute of chemical physics has been applied to the water treatment subsystem of the life support system in the core module of the space station for the first time.The water treatment catalyst can purify the urine,sanitary water and condensate in the space station into astronauts'drinking water and water source for electrolytic water to produce oxygen.A variety of polymer based wear-resistant lubricating materials have been successfully applied to the blades,check valves,gears,bearings,sliding sleeves and other key friction pairs of solar term pumps,circulating pump components,make-up pumps,fans,condensate suction pumps and other products of the space station environmental control and life support system.
The developed new ceramic based composite lubrication film,new MoS2 based composite lubrication film and solid lubrication technology of large load long-life harmonic reducer have been applied for the first time to large-area retractable flexible solar cell wing extension,tension and other mechanisms in the core cabin,as well as relevant development,pointing mechanism and control torque gyroscope mechanism;Soft metal based multi-layer gradient composite solid lubricating film is applied to the main shaft bearing of oxygen turbine pump of Long March 5B rocket motor.The space anti cold welding lubricating coating is applied to the"docking mechanism"and"extension mechanism"components of the space station's skyward and core module.The blade material of high-speed and low-temperature hydrogen pneumatic actuator is applied to the hydrogen pneumatic actuator of Chang Wu B rocket servo system.The developed pressure plate assembly and support ring made of diffusion welding material have been successfully applied to hydraulic variable piston pump and hydraulic servo motor to provide sufficient and reliable high-pressure oil for servo mechanism to realize thrust vector control and make the rocket fly according to the predetermined trajectory and attitude.Lanzhou Institute of chemical physics has long been engaged in the research of materials and technology under special environment and harsh working conditions,and has made important contributions to the development of China's aerospace industry by facing the major national needs and solving relevant technical problems.
